Plants for the preparation of mineral raw materials consist of machines and devices, by means of which the preparation of the respective mineral raw material is performed according to the granulometric composition for further use or further processing. Plants for crushing and grinding of mineral raw materials differ in the applied technological processes, which depend on the properties of the mineral raw material and the requirements of the users of the products of these plants. Crushing plants
Crushing plants are used in construction for crushing building stone, in mining for the preparation of ores for the concentration of useful mineral components, in metallurgy for crushing agglomerates, smelters, etc. The choice of a specific scheme of the crushing process is influenced by many factors. The most important factor is the type of mineral raw material that is crushed. Then follow: the purpose of the crushing product, the maximum size of the raw material, the desired granulometric composition of the crushing product, the desired capacity, etc.
Classification plants - separations
Bulk grading plants are used in mining for sorting coal, for controlling the upper limit size of crushing and grinding products, in construction for sorting (separating) gravel and gravel.
