Modern processing and sowing of natural stone deposits places increasingly stringent requirements on vibro screens. The use of traditional materials for sieving surfaces is no longer able to meet these requirements.

That is why, as a representative of the German company "Meister", we offer you average surfaces made of the most modern materials. Each of our vibrating screens can be equipped with these products, which guarantees them the highest possible resistance to wear, even when sowing the most abrasive materials. This type of product is designed for just such purposes and guarantees:

Plastic mesh
The main characteristics of this type of mesh are extremely long service life (up to several times longer than steel braided nets), the possibility of production in different hardnesses and the possibility of installation on vibro screens that are designed for steel nets.

The "Meister 2005" model was fully developed in the "Meister" plants. This enabled the construction of a mesh with an extremely strong supporting (lower) layer and a softer upper layer. They are made in hardnesses from A 55 to A 95 per shore.

Extremely fast replacement of the worn part of the average surface reduces downtime to a minimum. The standard way of mounting is through the "C" profile in which the elements for carrying the average surfaces are mounted.
Material washing nozzles
The main advantages of polyurethane nozzles are:

- Excellent washing at both high and low water pressures
- Even distribution of water across the width of the "fan"
- Selecting a larger opening on the nozzle reduces the possibility of clogging
- Exceptional wear resistance
- They give a wide jet of water at a short distance (suitable for washing on lower floors)
- Quick and easy replacement
- Possibility to adjust the water flow for each nozzle (model "UNI-nozzle")
Steel wire mesh
Steel wire mesh, manufactured by "Meister" with its wide range of models, can fulfill any sowing requirement. All nets are made of special high-quality and extremely strong wire. The wire for the nets can be made of spring steel or stainless steel, all according to DIN 17223.

"Meister" industrial nets are produced complete with edging, ready for mounting on a vibrating screen.

Mesh ending models
Steel nets are delivered complete, ready for installation. It is necessary to pay special attention to fastening and tightening the net in order to ensure the quality of sowing and long service life of the net.

Some of the most commonly used hemming models are:

- Type A hook - parallel
- Hook type A1 - at an angle of 30 degrees
- Hook type A4 - made of steel sheet 5 mm thick which is electro-welded for the network
- Hook type A5 - bent mesh material up or down
- Hook type A7 - Hook for nets with smaller holes, for wire thicknesses up to 1 mm maximum
