Product: Water heating boiler

Project: New smelter and sulfuric acid factory for RTB Bor
At the request of the client, a boiler with a volume of 3800 liters was made. It was completely made in the plant "Mehanika Fives" in Aleksinac, after the production, surface protection with hot-dip galvanizing was performed. Water is heated by a 12KW heater.
Product: Steel pipe supports
Client: SNC Lavalin - Canada
Project: New smelter and sulfuric acid factory for RTB Bor
At the request of the client, steel pipe supports were made. A pipeline rests on the supports to transport materials in the sulfuric acid production process. Three types of supports were made: for a pipeline with a diameter of 1250 mm, for a pipeline with a diameter of 1900 mm and for a pipeline with a diameter of 2100 mm. At the customer's request, the thickness of the paint was measured on each carrier and it had to be higher than the set reference value.

At the request of the customer, a mini plant was made for the removal of material from the excavation site and its horizontal and vertical transport to the place of loading into trucks. Built-in equipment allows precise regulation of material dosing to compensate for potential changes in material composition and potential changes in the angle of the conveyor

At the request of the client, a steel construction was made that carries the boiler for preheating. The construction is pre-assembled after production, and before painting. After checking whether all the dimensions of the manufactured elements match the designed dimensions, the structure is disassembled, sandblasted, painted and marked for installation.

Crusher for primary grinding of large pieces of coal. Powered by one electric motor and a reducer with two output shafts.
Product: Boiler flue for preheating

At the request of the client, the smoke pipe of the boiler for preheating was made. Due to the high temperatures to which this pipe is exposed, it is painted with Amercoat paint based on temperature-resistant zinc silicate, and coated on the inside with a material resistant to high temperature and flame.
Product: Mill rotor repair
Client: Quarry in Kavaja - Albania
The mill rotor was overhauled after the accident. The rotor was badly damaged. A complete new rotor was made, entirely in the premises of the company "Mehanika Fives".
Product: Raster plates of gas absorption towers (FAT and IPAT)

Raster plates for the transient and final absorption tower were made. The plates are made of boiler steel, the diameters of the plates are 6000 mm. After welding the plate var radiographically examined. Due to the size of the plate, special transport was organized from Aleksinac to Bor. The transport meant the closure of the complete highway in the direction of Belgrade.

A vacuum relief valve has been released, which prevents damage to the sulfuric acid vapor pipeline due to the occurrence of underpressure. If underpressure occurs, it raises the valve valve and lets additional air into the system. Since the valve is in sulfuric acid vapor, all exposed parts are coated with lead. In order to ensure the sealing of the valve, after pouring the lead, the sealing surfaces are machined. To ensure that the valve opens at the correct underpressure value the weights of all elements must be correct. The diameter of the valve is 2430 mm.
Mehanika as a company independent of the Aleksinac coal mines first started operating in 1976. Based on the experience and knowledge gained in the maintenance of equipment for coal mines, in 1980 it began a more intensive development in the manufacture of machines and complete plants.
