The main characteristics of this type of mesh are extremely long service life (up to several times longer than steel braided nets), the possibility of production in different hardnesses and the possibility of installation on vibro screens that are designed for steel nets.

Sieving surfaces "Meister 2005"
The average surface area of ​​this model is extremely resistant to wear, and the service life is several times longer compared to steel wire mesh.

Two-component design, solid bearing surface and softer wear surface.

This type contains all the elements for tightening the nets and the elements made of polyurethane to protect the sides of the sieve from wear.

Sieving surfaces "Polydex 2000B"
The complete sieving surface is made of rectangular elements, fastened to the supporting steel frame, which gives a completely flat sifting surface, without gaps between the individual elements.

Inside each of the modules there is a supporting steel layer, which fastens the module to the supporting part of the sieve. Fastening is done in 10 positions using wedges.
Sieving surfaces "Polydex 2000G"
The complete sieving surface is made of rectangular elements, fastened to the supporting steel frame, which gives a completely flat sifting surface, without gaps between the individual elements.

Inside each of the modules there is a supporting steel layer, by which the module is attached to the supporting part of the sieve. Fastening is done in 10 positions using wedges.
Sieving surfaces "Polydex 305" i "Polydex 300"
The complete sieving surface is made of square elements, fastened to the supporting steel frame, which gives a completely flat sifting surface, without gaps between the individual elements.

Inside each of the modules there is a supporting steel layer, which fastens the module to the supporting part of the sieve. Fastening is done in 8-12 positions using wedges.
Sieving surfaces "Polydex VF"
Polydex VF® is the equivalent and improvement over steel harp sieves. The sieving surface consists of horizontally bent threads. This causes additional vibrations and it is almost impossible for the network to become clogged.
